Ophir Cavalcante, Pedro Novaes, Jarbas Vasconcelos
Reporta a "Folha.com" que o presidente da OAB, Ophir Cavalcante, ao comparar as denúncias que derrubaram os ministros dos Transportes e da Agricultura, com as divulgados no Ministério do Turismo, defendeu, ontem, "o afastamento do ministro do Turismo, Pedro Novais, do cargo.".
Declarou Cavalcante que "há um comprometimento muito forte do ministro do Turismo com a estrutura do ministério que está contaminada. O ideal seria que ele se afastasse do cargo".
Concordo plenamente com Ophir e também sou de opinião que o deputado Novais, deixe o ministério.
Na oportunidade, seria de bom alvitre que Cavalcante, por dever de ofício, em virtude de Jarbas Vasconcelos ter "um comprometimento muito forte" com tudo o que está ocorrendo na OAB-PA, “que está com a estrutura contaminada”, também apelasse para que este deixe a presidência da entidade, principalmente depois que o "Caso Altamira" inaugurou protagonismos de desforços físicos.
É pusilânime a atitude de Ophir Cavalcante, de se manter convenientemente afastado do que ocorre na OAB-PA, sob a exceção de que ele é daqui: ele já se deveria ter manifestado exatamente porque é daqui.
Está na hora, meu caro Ophir, de falares qualquer coisa: um verbo, um substantivo, um adjetivo, um advérbio, ou quem sabe, uma simples preposição, para que o distinto público possa fazer a análise sintática necessária.
Os fatos são de monta graves e públicos que o presidente da OAB nacional não pode realmente quedar-se mudo indefinidamente sob pena de se tornar cúmplice com as ilegalidades cometidas pela atual diretoria da OAB/PA.

Deputado mão seja previsível, a última coisa que V.Exa., pretende é análise necessária. Essa história sempre foi um factóide engendrado por quem interesses não republicanos e pensam apenas nas eleições do ano que vem na oab. Agora qdo o factoide se esgota aparece uma suposta agressão, verbal, de um advogado contra o outro em um bar, e ai passam a querer o afastamento do presidente de novo. O Golpe continua.

A maior prova da ILEGALIDADE E IMORALIDADE da malfada venda foi que o Conselho Seccional à UNANIMIDADE ANULOU A VENDA. E ainda insistem em dizer que tudo n passa de factóide... E oPHIRZINHO saiu-se pela tangente e referindo-se a agressão disse: “Há uma questão pessoal histórica que foge do âmbito de atuação da OAB”.
E ao ser questionado se Ronaldo Maiorana fazia parte do conselho da Ordem, disse que RONALDO não era conselheiro da OAB, mas apenas integrante da Comissão de Defesa ao Direito de Liberdade da Imprensa.
Gostaria de ver o pessoal do CQC, o Gentille, entrevistando Ophirzinho sobre essa situação, usando aqueles efeitos de imagem. Seria tragicômico!

ResponderExcluirBem-vindo ao blog. Com certeza é a primeira vez que você vem aqui, pois eu já postei, mais de uma vez, que não assino a CPI da Alepa, como não assinei nem uma outra que se tentou contra Ana Júlia e lavrei o meus motivos.
A minha posição já foi publicada nos jornais, em entrevistas de rádios e televisão, assim como já me pronunciei sobre o assunto da tribuna da Alepa.

ResponderExcluirEu já disse aqui, mas, se você não leu: CPIs, salvo raras exceções para confirmar a regra, são instrumento de chantagem política onde se cometem deliquências tanto, ou piores, do que aquelas que se pretendem apurar.
Seguem um script de conveniências e superveniências onde primeiro se acerta o que vai ser apurado e depois, conforme os interesses, ou a falta deles, depois dos presidentes e relatores terem protagonizado os seus respectivos espetáculos na imprensa, faz-se um relatório, que antes de ser votado é combinado entre a situação e oposição, para depois ser entregue, solenemente ao Ministério Público, que, por sua vez, o guarda em um armário no fundo do prédio, pois tudo o que está lá a polícia, ou o próprio MP já sabia.
Para sustentar uma CPI, também, dependendo do que apura, o erário gasta de R$ 100 a R$ 200 mil.
Caso os membros da CPI resolvam que precisam ser feitas viagens, os custos sobem, e, em alguns casos, há viagens até para o exterior, para apurar o que a polícia já sabe.
Um dia, quando eu puder, e se ficar velho o suficiente para poder ser processado, gozando dos atenuantes da idade, eu conto o resto, e episódios que eu sei de algumas, e, se você ainda estiver vivo para ler, vai passar a ter nojo de CPIs.
Por enquanto, eu só me recuso a fazer parte delas, pois eu não exerço o meu mandato "jogando pra galera" que, infelizmente acha que CPI apura alguma coisa.
Trabalho de polícia, meu caro, quem tem que fazer é a própria. Neste caso da Alepa, o MP está fazendo um ótimo trabalho, que uma CPI não faria 10%, pelas conveniências que eu citei.
Mas deputado, se o senhor sabe disso tudo das CPIs e testemunhou fatos, por que não denunciou essas "deliquencias" dos integrantes da CPIs na Polícia? Ou basta ser contra e cruzar os braços?
